Ingredients
2 1/2 cups (315g) all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon fine salt
6 tbsp cold unsalted butter, cubed
3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (or buttermilk)
1 large egg
2 tbsp erythritol or sugar-free granular sweetener (optional)
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Steps
- Preheat oven to 220°C / 425°F. Line a baking sheet.
- Whisk dry ingredients.
- Cut in butter.
- Mix wet ingredients.
- Combine and shape dough.
- Bake until golden and rest before serving.
